OLA Finance Committee

Terms of Reference

  1. To review the OLA budget in January, March, May and October and as the need arises.
  2. To advise OLA Council and executive of matters relating to financial policy.
  3. To develop annual budgets based on program expectations for recommendation to OLA Council.
  4. To make ongoing assessments of OLA financial practices and to make recommendations regarding the OLA financial management practice to OLA Council and executive.
  5. To co-ordinate accounting and reporting practices used by the treasurers of the OLA divisions and guilds.
