Welcome—
Thank you for your interest in the OLA Super Conference 2012 and the
EXPO. It is Canada’s largest annual library and information event. The
OLA Super Conference attracted over 4,500 in 2011 and we anticipate
similar attendance in 2012.
OLA Super Conference has grown steadily since 1999 and is recognized
as a leading event for professional development and networking on the
continent. Many vendors come to OLA when they have policies not to
attend state/provincial level conferences because of the sheer size and
market size that is presented to them.
Please look at the Prospectus below for all the information on the
event or download the EXPO Application alone to book your space.
Remember that OLA Associate Members receive a discount on space and
preference for allocation.
This year in our continued effort to make the conference “green” all
forms are available as electronic PDFs. You can fill out the form, save,
and submit without ever having to print out the form. The entire
package has been combined into a PDF Portfolio which is best viewed by
the free Acrobat Reader 9, the individual files are viewable by older
versions of Acrobat Reader.
New Floorplan
- The floorplan changes that happened right before OLA 2011 are
reflected on the new map in the Prospectus. These changes have
necessitated some re-numbering and re-organization on the floor.
Location of booth will have a higher weighting than the booth number
(for example: The firm that has occupied 510/512 will now be in
512/514). 2011 locations have been mapped to the 2012 floorplan.
- The NFP/Small Press area has moved. This will displace some
exhibitors who we will endeavour to get into space that is comparable to
what they held in the old floorplan.
