"Easy there, Tiger: How to stay fierce without losing your mind"
Sarah Vermunt, Professional Coach, Career Expert and author of Careergasm: Find Your Way To Feel-Good Work

Sometimes we blindly strive for things we think we want, or things we think we should want, which may or may not be what we actually want to do.

We're a goal-obsessed society. Stronger, better, faster. More, more, more. Striving and driving and pushing and climbing. And there's nothing wrong with ambition. Ambition is wonderful -- but only when it's aligned with what you really want.

And, sometimes, to figure out what that is, the best thing to do is let go of old goals that simply aren't serving you anymore. To lighten your load.

Careergasm Founder, Sarah Vermunt, will talk you through a process to refine and focus your goals so that they actually FEEL GOOD again - so you can stay fierce without losing your mind. You can read Sarah's full bio here .
