Developing a Qualitative set of Program Evaluation Performance Measurement Metrics for Public Libraries


Ontario's Public Libraries track quantitative statistics (such as circulation, visits, etc.). Public Libraries have asked for more research about evaluating the qualitative impact a library and its programs has on the community. OLA has partnered with Dr. Bill Irwin, Assistant Professor, Management and Organizational Studies, Huron University College on this multi-year academic research project.
