Together in Isolation: Change Management

Together in Isolation: Change Management

Even the best plans constructed by admirable leaders fail without the support of the staff who implement them. As we know, change is hard at the best of times, and fast, radical change is even harder, something COVID-19 has amply demonstrated. But when staff trust leadership, project managers, and their plans, an organization can be flexible, creative, caring, and nimble, even in a crisis. Trust is not a choice, and it’s not something any leader can demand. Trust must be created and built upon, and change management is the process by which building trust becomes part of any process. In this session, we’ll talk about change management approaches you can apply today that will help to build strong trust in your organization,  with a particular focus on how to face resistance to change with curiosity and respect.
In this session, participants will learn:
How to foster strong trust in your organization;
How to face resistance to change;
Best practices for change management
